The Bently Nevada 3500/15-05-05-CN is a dual universal AC power-supply configuration for the 3500 Machinery Protection System. It places one universal AC supply in each of the two power-supply positions on the left side of the rack. Both supplies accept a wide input range of 85–264 Vac rms at 47–63 Hz. Either supply can operate a fully populated 3500 rack. With both units installed, the lower supply normally functions as the primary source and the upper unit provides backup power. Each front power-supply module works with a matching rear Universal AC Power Input Module. The dual-supply arrangement allows one unit to be removed or replaced while the other operating supply continues powering the rack.
