GE IS200VTURH1B Mark VI Primary Turbine Protection Board

IS200VTURH1B measures turbine speed with four passive pickups, supports generator automatic synchronizing, monitors shaft voltage and current, and processes flame inputs. It also passes controller-generated primary trip commands to the corresponding terminal-board trip circuits.

IS200VTURH1B is the H1 configuration with 3 trip-solenoid interfaces through one TRPx terminal board. The H2 configuration provides six through two boards, so the two configurations must not be treated as identical trip-output arrangements.

IS200VTURH1B processes four passive pulse-rate speed inputs. GE specifies an MPU pulse-rate range of 2 Hz to 20 kHz and an accuracy of 0.05% of reading for the VTUR measurement path.

IS200VTURH1B monitors two single-phase PT inputs for automatic synchronizing. GE specifies nominal 115 Vrms PT signals, a synchronizing range of 75 to 130 Vrms, and phase-difference measurement better than one degree.

IS200VTURH1B forms the VTUR primary-protection interface. The controller generates a primary trip command that passes through VTUR to TRPx, while VPRO provides the separate emergency-protection level in the documented Mark VI architecture.

IS200VTURH1B is the H1B hardware-form reference. GE describes H2B as a two-slot configuration for six trip-solenoid interfaces through two TRPx boards, while flame input capacity remains eight. Match the installed protection architecture before replacement.
