Holiday and Business Arrangements
As China’s National Day approaches, our company would like to inform our customers, partners and suppliers of our upcoming holiday schedule.
Customers may continue to submit enquiries through our website, email and WhatsApp. However, response times for quotations, inventory verification, order confirmation and warehouse coordination may be longer than usual.

01 Product Enquiries Available
Customers may continue to submit enquiries for PLC, DCS, TSI, HMI, drive-system and other industrial control components. Requests received during the holiday will be reviewed and prioritized according to urgency after our team returns to normal operations.
02 Quotations and Inventory Verification Extended response
As some warehouse, supplier and logistics operations may be limited, final confirmation of product condition, inventory availability, pricing, lead time and shipping options may require additional time.
For obsolete or difficult-to-source components, please provide the complete part number and revision. Differences in suffixes, firmware versions or hardware revisions may affect system compatibility.
03 Order Processing Limited processing
Orders confirmed before the holiday will follow the delivery arrangements previously agreed upon with our sales team. New purchase orders received between October 1 and October 7 may be registered during the holiday, while payment confirmation, commercial-document review and formal processing may be completed after normal operations resume.
04 Warehouse and International Shipping Confirm first
Warehouse coordination and international logistics may operate on a limited schedule. Actual dispatch dates depend on inventory and inspection status, packing and export-document requirements, carrier schedules, destination-country customs procedures and previously confirmed delivery arrangements.
Please consult our sales team before arranging an urgent collection or committing to a specific delivery date with an end user.

Confirm the processor family, complete catalog number, revision and firmware or memory requirements.
Power Supply and I/O Modules
Check input voltage, channel type, isolation, connector format and rack or chassis compatibility.
HMI and Operator Interfaces
Verify screen size, communication interface, operating software and compatibility with the existing project.
Drives and Control Boards
Record power rating, supply voltage, option boards, control mode and the intended motor or process application.
Turbine and Excitation Controls
Provide the system family, installed rack position, module revision and any available configuration records.
Safety and Machinery Protection
Review channel configuration, system revision, certification requirements and the existing protection architecture.
Normal Operations Resume on October 8
Our team will resume normal enquiry handling, quotation preparation, order processing and warehouse coordination on October 8, 2026. For critical requirements, add “URGENT” to the email subject and provide complete technical and delivery information.
